The time is here!! The guys will finally be storming through North America: Here are the details for Mission:Metallica Platinum Members

1. The Mission:Metallica Platinum pre-sale for ALL North American shows starts at 10:00 AM in the city the show is taking place in (what we call around here "local time") on Monday Sept 1st, and ends Tuesday Sept 2nd, 10pm local time.

2. Pre-sale is only for Mission Metallica Platinum. If your a free member your code is only good for London and Berlin shows. Click here to upgrade to Platinum. To access the pre-sale, you must have the personal ticket code that we have provided you on your "My Account Page". Go get it now and write it down somewhere safe so you are ready for MONDAY. YOUR CODE IS FOR YOUR USE AND ONLY YOUR USE. YOU MAY NOT SELL IT OR TRANSFER TO ANYONE IN ANY WAY. Btw, our friends at Ticketmaster tell us that the most common problem that fans have when purchasing tickets is trying to cut and paste it into the password section. We suggest you type it in one character at a time.

3. There is a four ticket limit per member.

4. All tickets will be Will Call. That means that the person whose name is on the order must be the person to pick up the tickets at the box office on the night of the show. You will be asked for photo identification and you and whoever is in your group must immediately enter the venue after you pick up your tickets.

5. When it is time for the pre-sale in the city of your choice, go to here. Ticketmaster will be handling all the pre-sale EXCEPT the following cities: Houston, Des Moines, Portland, Philadelphia, and Tulsa. If you want to buy tickets to one of these shows, you must use the links we provide on Sept 1st and click through to a private sale.

6. The Mission Metallica Platinum pre-sale ends Tuesday, September 2 at 10:00 PM local time.

7. The good news is with every ticket that you purchase, you will receive a free download of the show that you went to from livemetallica.com!!!

8. One more piece of good news - ticket prices will be the same as there were in 2004!! That means $75 for the floor, $55 for reserved seats (in some markets tickets are $4 higher). Of course there are the usual facility, ticketing, and other fees that we don't control.
